Too the guy in the hat... dude...you are awesome! We saw him around several times throughout our stay in Lhasa. And, I mean...what the hell?!? How is this guy NOT awesome? And NO, he is not a cop. He is just straight rollin through the hood... talking to himself and gettin his stroll on. YEAH BOYYYYYYYYY!!
