Quite steep and a bit slippery in spots, but a very well defined and well used trail. Struggling my way down this trail a few days later, I passed several people, all of whom were at least 20 years older than me... and they were headed UP... with smiles! The trail continues winding it's way down the backside of the finger, coming out on the valley floor below.
