What a spot!! RIght ON the main courtyard and greeting /unloading zone. Great views, not only of the comings and goings at the monastery, but also into the village below. We even had electricity here at night. The one bare bulb hanging from the ceiling served not only as illumination, but as our sole source of heat as well! Good thing we had a stash of candles too! Amazing how much heat you can feel coming off a candle when you need to!!
